Woodley Labs LLC ("Woodley Labs," "we," "us") builds websites, apps, and custom software, and operates the Civiq platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website (woodleylabs.com) and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1 Information we collect

• Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email, phone (if provided), the service you're interested in, and the message you send.
• Customer & service data. When you use a Woodley Labs product (such as Civiq), we collect the account and organizational data you and your team enter into the product. See our Security Policy for how this data is protected.
• Usage data. We collect standard log information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps) and analytics events to understand how the site and products are used.
• Cookies & pixels. Our site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) to measure traffic and marketing performance.

2 How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide services you request.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and products.
• To send project-related communication and, if you opt in, occasional updates.
• To measure marketing performance and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us operate the business (e.g. hosting, email delivery, analytics, form processing, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations.
• To comply with law or a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Woodley Labs, our users, or the public.
• In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), subject to standard confidentiality protections.

Our website and products use, among others:

• Google Analytics — traffic measurement
• Meta Pixel — advertising measurement
• Web3Forms — contact form delivery
• Supabase — database and authentication for Civiq
• Plaid — bank connectivity for Civiq's optional financial features
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection

5 Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

7 Your rights and choices

• Access, correction, deletion. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data.
• Marketing. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
• Cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work without them.
• Regional rights. If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA, including the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8 Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9 International users

Woodley Labs LLC operates from the United States. If you use our services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
